This is a 16-bit Atari computer system with a 68000 processor. The 520ST was marketed to compete with the early Amiga computers and has similar capabilities and interface.
The 520ST usually came with an SC1224 monitor and an SF354 disk drive.
This particular system's SF354 disk drive is not working. More to follow.

The board is capable of reaching up to10MHz in a system with an active terminated bus. It also can address up to 1M of address space with 16K windows useful for CPM+.
